VALET ATTENDANT (The Rusty Pelican Key Biscayne) compensation: Hourly Rate Plus Tips ($16/hr or more) employment type: full and part time SAFEWAY PARKING IS LOOKING FOR FULL AND PART TIME VALETS The Valet is responsible to park and retrieve vehicles. They will comply with all traffic laws, facility policies and any pedestrian regulations. The Valet will always approach and greet all customers in a friendly and professional way. They will be quick and provide great customer service. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: • Ensure each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes proactively greeting and thanking each customer. • Operate, park and retrieve all vehicles in a safe manner by obeying all traffic laws and facility policies. • Maintain established policies, procedures, objectives, quality assurance, and safety. • Assist in maintaining the ramp congestion-free through traffic control, monitoring illegal parking, and storing vehicles. • Follow established dress code and hygiene guidelines. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: • Must be capable of driving both automatic and manual transmissions. • Ability to work on weekends and holidays. • Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid state-issued driver's license. • Ability to walk/stand/run continuously.
