Join this 45 minute flow guided by Marla Bennett. Bring your: Yoga Mat Water Bottle Towel Props if you'd like them and your mask This class will be socially distanced. Masks required to enter and during set up. There will be an option to remove masks once the class begins, then we'll put them back on before leaving our mats. A waiver is required to participate and will be sent your way after you've registered.
