Come flow for happy hour with a wonderful community and stay for a pint of local brew. All levels welcome. West Sixth Yoga is a collaborative effort with West Sixth Brewing to provide accessible yoga in a community setting. Come flow for happy hour with a wonderful community and stay for a pint of local brew. Bring your own mat, any props (blankets, blocks, strap, etc.) that you might need. All levels welcome. 6-7pm every Monday Cost: Donation based, give what you can **COVID-19 Policy: Mats need to be placed 6 feet apart and we need to do our best to socially distance before and after the class, as well. Per the CDC's recommendation, fully vaccinated yogis are welcome to flow without their mask on! Be sure to grab some free hand sanitizer before and after class :) Message us with any questions you may have. Yoga at West Sixth NuLu (821 E Market St.) meets from 6-7 pm on Mondays. All levels welcome. Donations suggested but not required.
