5 mile bike ride (2.5 mi both ways) through a beautiful nature trail . If you do not have a bike feel free to still come out and exercise.
The CDC recommends 150 minutes of moderate physical activity a week or 75 minutes of vigorous exercise. Only 1 in 5 adults achieve that weekly according to the American Heart Association. Come out to get physical activity in even if you don't have a bike. The trail is perfect for walking, jogging, stretching, roller blading to name a few. Outdoors is for everyone.
