Join Laughing Tree Walks for a guided experience with Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku (Forest Bathing). Through the use of gentle invitations, we will experience the gifts that encountering your place in the forest, has to offer.
Forest bathing has been practiced in Japan, the U.S. and beyond since the 1980's. Research has shown that embodied immersion in natural environments is effective at reducing stress levels, boosting immunity, increasing a feeling of connection.
