Greenleaf Landscaping is hiring for a landscaping assistant! Our employees have a wealth of knowledge to share from their many, many years working with Greenleaf. No experience necessary, we train! We are also able to work with individuals who might not have a perfect background. If you are eager to work call us today! Landscaping Assistant: Responsible for the cultivation and care of the landscaping and grounds surrounding a business or building. Plants flowers, mows, pulls weeds, repairs structures, and maintains outside of building. Salary: $16 DOE Schedule: 7 AM to 3:30 PM Overtime as needed Duties: • Perform grounds keeping and other duties as assigned • Mow lawn either by hand or using a riding lawnmower • Cut lawn using hand, power or riding mower and trim and edge around walks, flower beds, and walls • Landscape by planting flowers, grass, shrubs, and trees • Apply fertilizer to ground to enhance growth • Winter season: shovel snow from walkways and sprinkle ice down to keep people from falling or operate a snowplow • Sweep walkway of debris • Trim shrubs and pull weeds • Perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment utilized in grounds keeping. • Operate stump grinder machinery and operate company trucks • Rake, mulch, and prune the grounds as needed • Install rock and bark • Water plants and grass as needed and apply fertilizer • Work on the Tree Farm Come join an awesome group of people, working in the great outdoors in the beautiful Spokane area! We typically operate Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm, with overtime available and weekends off.
