Description
The Maintenance Person is responsible for general facility repairs and preventative maintenance of equipment.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years experience in all phases of maintenance and remodeling; equipment repair.
Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge for trouble shooting.
Good references and work record.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Able to coordinate the priority of requested projects with Managers.
Performs general repairs on buildings, fixtures, floor tiles. painting wall etc.
Responds to requests from Managers concerning needed repair projects.
