A self defense class for women to come together and learn techniques to protect themselves in hostile situations. Summer is back! And while it’s time to have fun, late nights and early mornings. Go outside knowing you’re prepared for whatever comes your way. The self defense class is hosted by Avan Austin, Founder of She’s In Charge @S.I.C.ORG__ , Co hosted by Brandy Martin founder of BFitStudios @BFits_Studios . An event that is hosted and curated by women for Women. Come out and learn some self defense techniques and bond with other women. Please wear comfortable clothing and feel free to bring a water source. Drinks will be provided.
