Greetings from SkallyWag's and welcome to our first FAMILY CAMP! Come sing, dance, enjoy the beautiful nature and meet other families! At SkallyWag's, our main intention is to learn and grow through play. We believe people of all ages can enjoy the growth and connection through play. We are passionate stewards of the land on our 5 acre homestead, and want to share this magic space with others. At this camp out, we will learn about our inner compass, in order to ensure everyone feels safe and taken care of. Children will be invited to stomp around in the creek and pond, explore the barn set up for kid's crafts and reading, and just enjoy the company of other nature loving families. As we form the fire, all will be invited to gather materials and learn how to build a good fire. We will explore our voices and movement around the fire, as well as cook hot dogs and roast bananas full of yummy treats. Please consider bringing the following items: -Camp chair/tarp/something to sit on -all items to camp (camper, tent, hammock, or cushy items for large back porch) -sunscreen -bug spray -long pants and closed shoes (do what you can to protect yourself from ticks and mosquitos) -water bottle -additional snacks/beverages you may want
