Beyond Barriers, in partnership with UCDA, is coming to Creston, Iowa!!! Joins us for a powerful WOMEN'S day retreat on July 10th, 2021!! Beyond Barriers is excited to be coming to Creston, Iowa, in partnership with Union County Development Association, for this powerful Women's Day Retreat. Get your ticket today for this sure to be unforgettable experience on July 10th!! This Beyond Barriers day retreat is designed to ignite inspiration and passion for going 'beyond' in your life, through movement, pushing outside of comfort zones, and the telling of individual stories by amazing women living/working in Creston! The event will include coffee, gentle yoga that ANYONE can participate in, speakers, lunch, and of course as we do with our Beyond Barriers events.... we will celebrate the day with our final speaker a cocktail/mocktail in hand at our closing reception location, Hot Air Brewery! The day is casual, so please wear clothing you can move in... Yep, that is right, wear your yoga pants! Yoga mats are suggested but not required.
