Yoga with Headphones Silent Disco Yoga! Join us every week at The Raleigh Beer Garden for an innovative yoga experience. Each purchase comes with a headset to use during class. Both the music and sound of the instructor's voice will be transmitted through the headset for an immersive yoga experience. Sinead Corrigan with Inner Body Data will be leading class each week. We are so excited to have her on board, and class will be a vinyasa style. This is an all levels class meaning it is accessible to all types of yoga and all are welcome.
