Welcome to Heather's Day!
When Heather Chace walked into the room, everyone felt the warmth from her smile and eyes that genuinely care. She was born 1/3/70 and moved to San Jose in '78. Born family of hard workers who made everyone feel at home, she could keep up with any roofer, but around others as restaurant manager is where she shined.
In April of 2008, Heather was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Despite seeking treatment early on, by May of 2012 she had to stop working as the nerve damage progressed. As of today, this social butterfly can no longer walk, speak, or even feed herself. Only 3% of MS patients get to this stage.
She is married to Gordon Chace II, with three children, Nick Baker, Gorden Curtner Chace III, and Catherine Curtner Chace. She now lives with her mother, Irene Baker, and sisters Irene Baker and Virginia Santa Inés, who are fortunately skilled nurses.
Heather’s Day is in celebrating of her and to be able to provide her with a better quality of life. We have a few goals in mind and hope we can reach them with your help.
From all the family, we thank you for participating is this special day.
Special Thanks to Michael North and Chris Thomas from the Britannia Arms Almaden, and everyone who donated the amazing gifts for our Silent Auction and Raffle.
