Menu : Snow pea, kale, butter lettuce salad with radish and a serviceberry, sorrel, strawberry vinaigrette. Pork chop with redbud onion sauce, sautéed lemon garlic kale, sourdough bread from Neighbor's Mill, pickled onion, and carrot with a sweet soy glaze.
