No children under 12, no strollers or wagons allowed at the presale; infants worn in a front carrier are allowed.  Everyone must have a ticket to enter the presale.   What forms of payment do you accept? We are grateful if you can pay in cash but also happily accept most major credit cards. What is the refund policy? No ticket refunds. Also, all merchandise purchased at the sale is final, no returns or exchanges. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? You can show us your ticket on your phone or we can look you up by last name. How do I qualify for the free First-Time Parent / Grandparent Presale? You must be pregnant with, or have had, or have adopted, your first child/grandchild within the last 12 months. You are allowed to attend the presale as a First Time Parent/Grandparent for a maximum of two events. Congratulations on your new little one! Has anything changed due to COVID?
