Description
A journey into the limbic part of the brain and how essential oils can support your mental health in a positive way. Our limbic system holds the key to our memories, emotions, and perceptions of the outside world. Through our olfactory system, we have a direct line to influencing this in a positive way via scent. Take an aromatic journey through the world of essential oils and discover which ones support excitatory neurotransmitters (like dopamine) and inhibitory neurotransmitters (like serotonin) naturally so that you can support your brain’s desire to maintain homeostasis. This class also includes recipes and a take home stress relief spray. Learn how you can use essential oils to help decrease your client’s stress level during session—as well as your own. Tuition includes book and all supplies. NCBTMB 3 CE Gloria C.
