Found a lost dog

Tan female blue collar, friendly but skinny, limping a bit, currently have her inside in a kennel due to having my other two dogs she has been fed and has fresh cold water. Found at prince of Tucson rv park, at prince and i-10 she was scanned for a chip and does not have one, I cannot keep her there's a 2 pet limit where I am
