No, you can show us your ticket on your phone or we can look you up by your name. Is my registration/ticket transferrable? Yes. What happens if Covid-19 changes the event dates? We will transfer your ticket(s) to the rescheduled event dates. What is the refund policy? No ticket refunds (unless Covid-19 forces us to cancel / reschedule). Also, all merchandise purchased at the sale is final, no returns or exchanges.  Can I bring food or beverages to the event? Sorry, per HealthEast Sports Center rules there are no food or beverages allowed in the fieldhouse, however you may eat in the lobby.
