Description
I have a Kahr's engineered floor to be installed. About 675 SF total. With one 140 SF room in particular needing to be done before this Saturday 6/19.
On Tuesday 6/15, the flooring will be delivered, the upstairs carpeting taken up and the door and closet jams undercut on Tuesday as well.
So on Wed, Thur or Fri of this week, the underlayment can be laid down and the flooring started. As I mentioned, our most urgent need is to complete the one room, though if all goes well, happy to have you continue with the other bedrooms and hallway as well. And potentially the downstairs living room/dining room combo room.
Kahrs in engineered flooring with a mechanical and glue-free joint, Woodloc® 2000/. "Faster and easier to install than traditional joints with glue" It fits together so nicely and supposedly not hard for DYS'ers

Assuming you have good flooring references that I'd be able to check,
what I'd like to know is:
Are you available between this Wed-Fr for as much time as it would take to lay underlayment and 140 SF room to start?
How much time would you anticipate it taking? min and max
What would you charge? min and max?
I'm looking for enough info to narrow down the field, though I understand you'd need more specific pics or info or maybe even a chance to see it to give an estimate that is more precise than a ballpark. But even a ballpark estimate and your time availability would be a good starting place.
