UF/IFAS Extension Suwannee County is a partnership between the Suwannee County Board of County Commissioners, University of Florida/IFAS, and the United States Department of Agriculture.
UF/IFAS Extension mission is to provide scientifically based agricultural, natural resources, and life sciences knowledge that citizens use in making informed decisions, which contribute to an improved quality of life in Suwannee County. The education offered by our County faculty and volunteers is based on current research from UF/IFAS in Agriculture and Food Systems, Horticulture, Family & Consumer Sciences, and 4-H Development.
