Need to fix 2 things quick (like this week)
1 - the pipe going to sewer is disconnected. Looks like simple rubber fitting and hose clamp issue
2 - the water heater busted and I need to bypass the plumbing to go around it. Simple jerry-rigged fix would be fine.
