FlatRate Moving® is seeking an experienced and detail orientated Warehouse Supervisor to join our Warehouse / Materials Department Responsibilities: Complete all documentation and paperwork needed for shipping or assigned warehouse area. Shipping documentation of imports and exports. Tracking shipments. Printing shipping labels, pick lists or any other document required. Filing transportation claims. Tracking client goods. Working with dispatch and planning to ensure all items are accurately tracked and accounted. Entering storage goods into tracking database. Additional Duties: Help with all document control and data entry. Assist with organizing, labeling and anything needed for assembly projects. Maintain supply inventory. Place vendor orders for supplies. Arrange for pickup of vendor orders as necessary. Maintain products locations. Qualifications: Requires prior data entry experience, speed, accuracy, and attention to detail. Must have prior experience working in a warehouse environment. Must be available on weekends. Basic Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
