Seeking a full-time, dedicated Gardener that has a variety of skills. This position will include prunning fruit, grass cutting, planting, lots of weed whipping, watering, dead heading and taking care of succulents and plants. We are looking for somebody diversified in their skills and a TEAM PLAYER; this is a must. You will be called upon to switch gears at a moment's notice and each day will be different which keep us energized. This is not a management position, it is all hands on. This position is 40-hrs a week and may offer a benefits package and PTO if you are a good fit for our team. We will conduct a background check, references and you must be legal to work in the USA and speak English. This is very much a long-term position, and you should be aware that most of the staff drive from Santa Rosa, Petaluma, and Mill Valley, which takes about 1-1.5-hr to get to work on the coast.
