HAMDEN, CT - A Hamden resident is $30,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Orange earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On June 11, Azael Ramirez, of Hamden purchased a 30X Cash 8th Edition ticket from a store on the Boston Post Road in Orange and won $30,000.
