Please help me find my kitten!!!

He is a black kitten with a white tuft on his chest, nursing an eye infection in both eyes as well as some congestion. We had previously been treating him with medication and prescribed eye drops after recently taking him to the vet, so he might have some discharge around the eyes and nose. He went missing early Sunday morning (he's an outdoor cat but he will be exclusively indoor if found). He has two siblings that are presently accounted for; all three have started wandering but have been good about returning home until yesterday. They have a tendency to play in a neighborhood lot that previously belonged to a roofing company (Bri-Den). He is ~2 months old and extremely small - probably the runt of his litter - but also ridiculously friendly and will run up to you, follow you, and sit down next to your foot. He doesn't have anyone else - PLEASE contact me if you find him. I will pay for his safe return!!
