To all of Oakland and especially International and 90th Ave buisneess merchants and community members. I found the environment friendly and helpful. I'm looking for somebody to bring the flair of Oakland Californiato Redding California. Looking for somebody to open a restaurant right here in a building that I own. Preferably El Salvadorian Must be able to speak some English
