The Prime Minister of Great Britain was congratulating the four non member nations invited to attend the conference and named each of the leaders present, including the leader of South Africa. Biden speaks up and tells Boris that he forgot South Africa. Boris reminds him that he did indeed mention South Africa. Biden says oh you did? Then keeps on interrupting the proceedings with moronic rambling and some kind of a special Olympics double fist motion. Boris finally took a swat at biden to shut him up, much like you would swat at an unruly child acting up at the dinner table. One of the funniest things I have ever watched, but frighting too, knowing that an idiot leads our country. Catch it before the dem. msn removes it from viewing. Apparently not believing that he had supplied enough entertainment, he gets lost in an outdoor dining facility and had to be found and led away by dr jill. The entertainment was not limited to just peons. The Queen enjoyed a good laugh at a biden, lost and unsure of where he was while wearing a pair of aviation sunglasses. An insult to the Queen. Dr jill got in on the act by giving hand signals to joe but it was obvious that he didn't remember what they meant.
