Stuy Prom 2021! Hi all! As we announced in the last post/email, tickets will be sold in two waves. The first wave will be for senior Stuy students only. The second will be for outside dates (other schools or Stuy students in other grades). If you try to buy a ticket for an outside date during the first wave, we will invalidate the ticket and refund your money. You will also not be able to buy a ticket until the second wave, losing your priority. Here’s the timeline: On Tuesday at 8am, we will open the first wave of tickets. On Wednesday at 8pm, we will open the second wave of tickets. Tickets will close on Friday at 12pm. We are capping the number of tickets at 250, so make sure to get your tickets ASAP! You must fill out this mandatory form for the COVID protocol and parental consent. If we do not receive this form by Sunday at midnight, we will not be letting you in and we cannot refund your ticket. When outside dates open up, they must fill this out as well. https://forms.gle/4827k5LDAi2RZo1P6 In terms of seating, the venue has two floors: one with tables of six and eight and one with tables of ten. The following form will open on Wednesday at 8pm. If you would like, you can form table groups in advance. When the form opens, please have one member of your group fill out the form with the type of table you would like, as well as who will be in your group. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but we can not guarantee exact seating. There are more tables of ten than of six/eight, so we highly prefer you form groups of 10 if possible. There will also be an option to do random seating if you don’t have an entire table, but you may indicate people you prefer to sit around/with. We just want to stress we may not be able to accomodate you.. Just to summarize your options: Form a table of six/eight/ten people. One person per table fills out the form. Opt for random seating and request people you’d want to sit with/around, and we will form a table for you. If any inappropriate behavior is found you will be kicked out. There will be zero tolerance for any alcohol or illicit substances.
