Job Description We are looking for an experienced commercial furniture installers. Must have a minimum of 2yrs experience installing modular office furniture. Work site locations vary daily within but not limited to the Greater Seattle Area. Weekend and evening work required. Work Requirements: Safely receive, load/ unload, strip, stage, install (assemble), and tear down Corporate system furniture (modular) and freestanding furniture. Ensures accurate and timely installation of products in compliance with manufacturer’s specifications and to the customer’s satisfaction. Must be able to plan, organize, and control all furniture installations assigned by scheduler. Must be able to identify and develop product lists; perform accurate inventory counts, read blueprints necessary to complete installations. Install furniture in compliance with design specifications. Must have basic safety knowledge and able to perform safety huddles at the start of every day at all job sites. Must be able to direct, lead, and provide supervision to Level I & II Installers Must be 18 years of age or older and must be legally allowed to work in the United States Must be able to provide a clean Department of Motor Vehicles driving record/ print out Must not have any restrictions to your schedule and must have reliable transportation Able to clearly communicate, speak, read and write in English Able to lift, carry, push, and pull 70 lbs or more Must have product knowledge by description, product numbers, and manufacturers’ intended application – relative to floor plans and function Must have your own tools Must work safely and must be able to complete tasks in a timely manner Must be professional, clean, and polite as a good team player Must be able to multi task have good organizational skills and ability to following directions Mechanically inclined - work well with your hands and have common sense If this description sounds like you and you are looking for a well-established, centrally company that has been in business for almost 30 years with lots of opportunity for 40 hours of work in all kinds of environments from skyscrapers with awesome views, to smaller companies in and around Seattle, then we would like to hear from you!
