Maintenance Director Requirements: Must pass a criminal background check Must meet all Washington Administrative Code (WAC) requirements related to this position Excellent customer service skills Ability to read/write in English, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to move intermittently throughout the day. Must possess sight/hearing senses or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately so that the requirements of this position can be fully met, to include the use of equipment and supplies. Able to push, pull, bend, stoop, reach and lift most of the time. Must be able to lift, push, pull and move equipment, supplies, etc. in the excess of fifty (50) pounds throughout the workday. May be exposed to blood/body fluids. Must be in good general health and demonstrate emotional stability. Must be able to assist in the evacuation of residents.
