Weightlifting meet with USAW and non-USAW sanctioned flights in Tallahassee, FL. Tentative Schedule of Events: Non-USAW Female Session: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM (8:00 AM Weigh-in) Non-USAW Male Session: 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM (10:00 AM Weigh-in) USAW Female Session: 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM (12:00 PM Weigh-in) USAW Male Session: 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM (2:00 PM Weigh-in) These times and session orders are subject to change based on the number of entrants, but a final schedule will be sent to all entrants on the week of the meet. FAQs: Am I required to wear a singlet? Athletes in the USAW sessions will be required to, while those in the non-USAW sessions will not be*. Those not wearing a singlet should check IWF outfit rules and follow them except for the "Costume" portion. Shirts for example may not cover the elbows, and shorts/pants may not cover the knees. Please see IWF/USAW documentation for a complete ruleset. *Note that ALL entrants under the age of 18 on the day of the meet will be required to weigh in wearing a singlet. There is no weight allowance afforded for the weight of the singlet in this case. Will there be a charge for spectators? There will be a $5 fee for spectators that will be going to directly support Weightlifting equipment and club members at Capital City Barbell. Why do t-shirt sales close before meet registration ends? This allows us to make sure to get the shirts ordered and delivered before the meet. There may be extra shirts available on meet day if you miss the cutoff, but we can't guarantee any particular size. What's the refund policy? Refunds will be given only in extenuating circumstances and only at the discretion of the event organizer. For all intents and purposes, assume refunds will not be provided.
