We are Goomingdales, a small pet grooming salon in Hendersonville, NC. We're looking to hire a pet bather / groomers assistant. You must have a love for all dogs, a motivation to come in each day, a self starter attitude, and the ability to problem solve, among other desirable traits. This is a small shop. We will depend on each other like a team. We strive to leave clients feeling as satisfied as possible; knowing their pets are in the best of hands. At our salon, we only use natural shampoos/conditioners, without harsh chemicals. The overall care of the animals, as well as maintaining a safe working environment for our staff, is of the upmost importance to us.
Basic Responsibilities: Washing/ Drying dogs, Maintaining a clean shop (sweep, vacuum, disinfect, etc), Dog Nails, Trimming Hair (depending on experience), Maintaining Positive attitude
More will be covered during the working interview.
Part-time position Tuesday - Saturday; 9am - 3pm approximately
Pay: $9.00 - $11.00 per hour
