Description
I am looking for some people to move a small amount of dirt, rocks and small boulders that have spilled onto my property from a next-door construction site about ten feet back onto the construction site from which it came. This is a delicate operation as under the excavated dirt will be the original grasses or other plants which I intend to preserve and uncover so as to allow them to grow throughout the rest of the summer. Thus heavy equipment is out of the question. This is a job for someone or a team with shovels, rakes and a stiff broom. The dirt ranges in depth from an inch to a foot, width from 1 to 10 feet along about 50 feet of the property line (see pictures). The site is on a hillside in the foothills.
The preferred applicant or team should have:
• Strong communication skills
• Great attention to detail.
• Strength and endurance amongst the team or individual for shoveling, raking or sweeping the dirt, tossing rocks and rolling a couple hundred pound boulder.
