I need a dog behaviorist

Behaviorist for my Dog - Malti-Poo. I have a six-year-old, male, Maltese poodle mix. For no apparent reason he has started to urinate in the house. At first I thought it was probably a Urinary track infection. I took him to see the vet and she did all kinds of various testing. She found nothing wrong. Everything was normal. She mentioned that it’s probably behavioral. Does anybody know of a behaviorist who is fair priced?
