Position: Full Time Maintenance Engineering - Red Roof Plus+ Hiring Immediately Compensation: With Experience Starting Wage $11.00 to $13.00 per hr. Location: Goodlettsville, TN 37072 Red Roof Plus+ located at 110 Northgate Drive We are looking for a knowledgeable Maintenance Engineer to join our staff. Job Description: Hiring for full time Must be flexible to work late evenings (occasionally) Must be flexible to work weekends General requirements preferred, but not limited to: • Respond to management request to identify problems, physical or mechanical regarding entire hotel property. • Ability to repair various – plumbing, electrical, and other requests of hotel property including guest rooms, storage rooms and property grounds• Ability to communicate with management regarding all property maintenance service concerns as needed.• Excellent facility with common hand and power tools *Perform other job duties pertaining to maintenance aspects as requested by Management. • Familiarity with building layouts and infrastructures • Willingness to uphold company standards for safety and efficiency. • Reliable transportation, excellent driving and attendance record. Full Time position is open and working weekends is required.
