Grounds Crew Position: We are looking for an experienced and responsible Grounds Crew Person to join our team. Worker will ensure the growth and vibrancy of plants, flowers, lawn, trees, and shrubs. Must be comfortable and experienced to perform the following tasks: • Spread fertilizer, plant food, mulch, and other materials around plants • Remove weeds, and leaves • Maintain the existing landscaping design and ensure plant survival • Plant new flowers. and small decorative shrubs • Previous experience in landscaping or grounds preferred but will train the right person. • Must have valid drivers license, with good driving record • Must be at least 18 years of age • Must be reliable and able to work independently as well as with a small crew. • Must be able to work in a mix of outdoor conditions. • Able to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift or move up to 50 pounds Please email your resume or come by our office at 4701 Independence Drive, Bradenton FL Starting pay is $13/hr and after 60 day trial period it goes to $14/hr. 65% percent contribution for medical, dental and vision premiums and matching 401k up to 3% of your annual salary. Vacation pay after your first full year of service.
