Need AC wire replaced

Someone recently installed a new thermostat to my AC and used the wrong wire (Used 18/4 instead of 18/5). The ac fan is not turning on properly, so I need the new wire ran. AC unit is on the roof and thermostat is just below it (there is easy attic access). Please let me know the cost to replace the wire with the correct one (you can quote me with the cost of the wire, or I can just order it online). Thank you!
