Found three small dogs in the trash. They are full grown

These dogs are safe with a rescue. If you are the owner and you are missing three Chihuahuas please get ahold of me. We are doing a full search in case they were stolen and thrown in the trash. All three were tied together and wrapped in plastic trash bags I am fully aware of how to do this. Do not email me telling me not to give back to the owner one never makes the assumption that the owner did something so horrific. Two boy Chihuahuas and one girl. Or somebody could be rounding up loose dogs or neighbors dogs and maybe they all came from separate homes. They will be getting checked for microchip stay tuned
