ROCKVILLE CENTRE, NY — Jose Dominguez has been a staple in Rockville Centre for more than five decades. The popular barber moved to his North Park Avenue location 22 years. He received the ultimate honor last weekend when the street in front of his Pioneer Hair Designs barbershop was renamed Jose Dominguez Way in his honor at a surprise Chamber of Commerce ceremony.
