Catalyst Cannabis Co. is hiring an entry level garden tech at our cultivation facility. We are looking for a hardworking, dedicated individual to join our team and grow with us. Cleanliness, great attitude, organized, team player and attention to detail are mandatory. Primary duty will be keeping cultivation facility clean and organized, tasks may include sweeping/scrubbing floors, detailing rooms between “flips,” cleaning bathrooms, sinks and common areas. Scrubbing grow pots and saucers. Cleaning reservoirs. Light maintenance inside and outside the facility. Secondary duties will include helping in the cultivation facility with plants. This will include, plant life cycle maintenance, Integrated Pest Management, feeding, monitoring facility environment, staking, defoliating, and numerous other day to day tasks inside the garden. You may be asked to assist in the taking down of plants and manicuring (manicuring experience a plus). 40 hours a week. Hours may vary depending on facility needs. Pay Depending on Experience. Must be able to obtain a Marijuana Handlers Permit This is an entry level position with a chance to advance.
