NEEDED ASAP TO INSTALL SLEEVES - PLEASE TEXT IF YOU CAN RUN A TRENCHER Landscape-Irrigation Foreman/Supervisors and Labor Field Supervisors will be responsible to oversee the daily operations of commercial construction projects. This includes the oversight of crew leaders and the installation of landscape, hardscape, and irrigation projects. We are looking for Foreman and Supervisors who have the following skills and experience: • Knowledge commercial irrigation installation • Knowledge of 2-wire irrigation systems • Knowledge of plants and trees installation • Proficient with skid loaders, trenchers and mini-excavators. • Able to read landscape and irrigation plans • Speak, read, write, and comprehend and communicate in English • Experience managing 4-5 person crew. Responsibilities include: •Establish goals for the day and communicate to crew leaders •Ensure field has all equipment and materials needed to be successful ahead of time by communicating to the project manager what needs are •Participate in Pre-punch and final walk through •Report daily to the Project Manager to go over project progress, concerns, and questions Must have verifiable experience with commercial irrigation and landscaping. Must have reliable transportation and cell phone. And preferred to have their own tools, trucks, trailers. Must have 1-3 years experience as commercial landscape/ irrigation Forman or supervisor. Saber leer y entender planos de irrigacion. Hablar, leer, escribir, comprender y poder comunicarse en el idioma Ingles. Tener experiencia manejando grupos de 4-5 personas. Responsabilidades: Establecer las metas diarias y comunicarlas al jefe de grupos. Corroborar que los materials y equipo necesario para la construcción estés disponibles y en el projecto. Comunicarse directamente con el jefe de projectos en escrito la falta de materiales o equipo necesario. Reportes directos y diarios al jefe de proyectos sobre el progreso, dudas y preguntas relevantes a cada proyecto.
