Keeping Track of All Weekend Routes: Including but not limited to
• Manage the Placers and Supervisors
• Coordinate with sales staff to ensure all jobs are handled by the due dates and to work with sales on upcoming route.
• To update sales on any issues with routes
• Project Reports
• Status Change Report
• Billing Reports
• Create maps or revised existing maps on Corel draw.
• To handle all weekend hotline calls and emails.
• To submit all payroll once you have checked it to ensure it is correct to office manager after it is approved by you and your supervisor.
• To recruit and train new placers or supervisors.
• To work closely with production to ensure all products needed for the weekend are ready.
• To research city codes
• To research ground lease for sales
• To ensure Conex is kept clean and inventoried every week.
Requirements:
• Proven ability to be a team player.
• Clean, neat professional appearance
• Ability to hold in strict confidence matters concerning company management decisions, HR /employee concerns and employee pay rates.
• Clear verbal and written skills
• Great positive attitude, willing to perform as a team member.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Computer knowledge, Excel, Word, Quick Books
• Work well under stress/pressure in fast paced environment
• To always have company cell phone with you and answer it.
