Position Communicating with customers and completing installs on ordered jobs at their homes in a professional/expert manner. Professional presentation and execution of all aspects of assigned jobs. Answers management requests or inquiries concerning billing, timelines, and report problem areas. Photo review of completed jobs Responsible for improving customer satisfaction through adhering to timelines and quality standards. Continually maintain a working knowledge of department-specific items and tasks. Utilizing internal software systems and Microsoft Office productivity software for workload management. Performs other duties as assigned. Knowledge Skills and Abilities Ability to install doors and windows, understanding the materials needed, and executing with expert craftsmanship Effective communication skills both oral and written Ability to quickly learn company and client software Ability to prioritize and effectively manage daily workload A positive approach to problem-solving Strong organizational skills Strong customer service skills Reliable transportation, with ability to haul materials to job sites - travel is 90-100% throughout the assigned territory (no overnights), some weekends possible based on customer availability
