Description
Two female rats, born in October, need a new home. Both are adorable and super social: when humans get anywhere near the cage they come up to the top with hopes of a chance to come out and socialize. They've never bitten, like being pet and held, and are really easy going and easy to care for. We're moving though, and just can't bring them with us. We'll include a couple bags of food and bedding material. Looking for adopters who have time to spend with them. $25
We have LOTS of supplies available (and more pictures to come):
- a wood/wire cage homemade by grandpa; quality, thoughtful design, with ramps connecting four levels. It was built with a hamster in mind and is most appropriate for a hamster (ideally the rats would end up with a bigger cage). $40
- a SMALL carry cage that they've learned how to bust out of, but still appropriate for quick use (could tape the top shut for more assurance); $6
- a mesh wire cage that they don't love being in (so not a good permanent home for them) but that works great as a temporary place for them when you're cleaning the main cage (which only needs to happen every couple weeks). $15
Call, text, or email (1st 2 checked most often) when you know what time you're ready to come meet them, or see the cage(s) (can sell separately from the rats). Can bring everything out front when you come.
