Wanted: Bass Player

We are a singer, guitar player and drummer in our early to mid 40's writing and playing original music. We play a range of music from traditional blues to modern blues rock and also hard rock/metal. We are looking for a bass player who can mesh with what we do. We prefer someone around our age. We currently practice east of the city in Churchill. We currently have 9 or 10 songs completed. Many more in the works. The goal is to write good songs get them tight and play out locally. Eventually do some recording. We have no desire to be a cover band. There will eventually end up being a few select covers sprinkled in that go with the original material we write, but our passion is for writing our own material and having that creative outlet. We would like someone who plays both 4 and 5 string bass. Prefer a plucker to a picker. Someone who can play some in the pocket blues at times. Also be able to lock in with the drums like Eddie Jackson (Queensryche) and Billy Gould (Faith No More). When appropriate do fills and maybe even small solos.
