Ball python and full tank setup

I have a female ball python that I am looking to rehome. She is very friendly, even a bit shy at times. Eats live rats well. Looking to include everything if possible: tank, corner water reservoir, mulch, limbs, heat lamp, and heating pad. Tank capacity is ~15 gallon I believe.
