Rehearsal spots?

I know finding a rehearsal spot is tough in this town, but thought I’d ask if anyone had so much as a garage they’d rent out for sparse practices, even if just once a week. Would love the ability to leave our instruments there for quick access later, but ok if needed pick up after a practice. How about a shared cost and access among bands? No drugs, no drinking.
