Westbrook Housing is seeking a full time housekeeper to provide cleaning services at one of our buildings to assigned resident apartments. The housekeeper will clean apartments on a schedule to be determined by the Manager. Housekeeping services include vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens and emptying the trashcans. As the schedule permits, the housekeeper will assist in keeping the common areas clean as well as assist with cleaning units being prepared for re-leasing. The Housekeeper must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, work efficiently, safely, with a positive and friendly demeanor and provide excellent customer service. The Candidate must support our mission of providing affordable housing. This is a full time 37.5 hour position (although fewer hours could be negotiated), Monday through Friday, offering competitive benefits including time off and paid holidays.
