Maintenance Position -Miramar Road
Ace Self Storage is looking for a maintenance professional for our in Rancho San Diego facility. We are looking for an individual with a diverse background in maintenance and/or custodial.
The job includes routine tasks such as cleaning driveways and vacant units, light landscaping, cutting locks, painting, cleaning, and other miscellaneous items. The job requires basic operation of tools such as a blower, power washer, cordless drill and lock-cutters.
Must have a valid driver’s license, transportation and be able to lift 50lbs. No tools are required.
Searching for a responsible individual who works well with others. Honesty, a positive attitude and good work ethic are highly valued. Approximately 16-20 hours per week
