Jensen Maintenance and Construction is seeking a Maintenance and Restoration Technician to join our team. The chief goal of the Technician is to complete routine maintenance throughout rental units, manage quick turnarounds on vacated units, and perform remediation and restoration for floods, fires and mold. ***How to apply: Please email your resume to [email protected]. The Job consists of the following: • Complete maintenance requests as they come are assigned. • Inspect completed work done by other vendors. • Ensure that turned units are ready for showing. • Restoration Tasks Expectations: • Organized and strong attention to detail • Lift heavy loads (up to 100 lbs) • Ability to use email and other programs. • 2 years minimum Construction/Maintenance experience. • Customer service skills. • Verbal and written communications skills.
