Handyman Needed for Home Renovation

I am seeking a handyman or other renovation specialist to renovate my 3 bed/2 bath condo in Midtown Atlanta. I am happy to hire you to do one or more of the jobs below (you don't have to do them all). The major jobs include: Putt down about 1150 sq ft of Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) Replace the molding around the floor Fix some holes in my drywall Replace a water-damaged baseboard of my kitchen cabinet Repaint the walls and ceiling Clean/sand/refinish the interior of a bath tub Install a ventless washer/dryer There is a variety of minor tasks as well. You MUST have a business license and insurance. The condo won't allow you to work here without them. I also need references and photos of your previous work.
